Excel error with spilling in frequency function

Hello,  I am using Excel with Microsoft Office 2019 in a Windows 10 OS.  Some days ago I remember using the frequency function without the Ctrl+Shift+Enter, and all the results spilled in a matrix ...

    Dynamic arrays and spilling is only supported by Office 365 and probably the next Excel 2021 but never Excel 2019.

Well, guess I should be wrong and that never happened in my Excel.
