Excel Error in Macro-Enabled Workbook

I have just completed a very complicated Macro-Enabled Workbook and have started experiencing the following error. When I try to open the workbook, I get the "Error Message.jpg" as attached. When I click on "Yes", the workbook opens and the message "Repairs - Files Repaired / Removed.jpg" as attached appears. Details of the view log file listing repairs is attached as a Word Document.

Does anyone have any idea as to what this means and how it can be corrected? Despite the message saying the errors have been repaired, when I next open this macro-enabled workbook, the message reappears.
