Excel drop down list

I would like some assistance on how to create a drop down list in an excel cell where i can select multiple names for display

    Hi Brian1968

     

    with the standard dropdown lists (menue "Data | Data validation") it is not possible to select multiple entries at a time, you can always just pick one name from the list.

    If you really need to select more than one entry, you need to use ListBoxes from the developer tools. And this will require also the use of VBA.

with the standard dropdown lists (menue \"Data | Data validation\") it is not possible to select multiple entries at a time, you can always just pick one name from the list.

If you really need to select more than one entry, you need to use ListBoxes from the developer tools. And this will require also the use of VBA.
