Excel drop down list

I have a drop down list in an excel spreadsheet.  I have created the list of items for the drop down.  I did the data validation and assigned what data to use for the drop down.  I want to be able to start typing in that cell where the drop down is and have the drop down list show items based on what I begin typing. It won't do it right now.  

For instance:  I start typing "St" and it shows me the items that begin with St to choose from.

I have tried going into "FILE, Options, Advance, and enable autofill - but it's already enabled.

Any help would be great!
