Excel Double Freeze?

I have a very large spreadsheet and I need to have frozen always the first 10 columns (from A to J) and the first 3 rows (from 1 to 3). I click cell K4 and then click Freeze Panes and ready, all my columns from A to J are frozen as well as rows 1 to 3. Then I need to work in column AC only and I need this column to stay "frozen" so it doesn't move with my mouse and get another column. How can I do this ?
