Excel document chat feature: does this work for anyone?

Question

Excel introduced a document chat button several months ago but it has never worked for me.

When I do click on it i get the following error message:

I searched online but I cannot find any relevant information regarding this document chat feature.

Does this chat feature work for anyone out there?

Same Q here too.&nbsp; We would use this from time to time and it would be great to know where in the admin center it is enabled?

I decided to try the chat again this morning and it works!

Did you guys get this feature enabled? Mine still doesnt allow the chat and I dont think I have disabled it anywhere&nbsp;

Adrian Tilk&nbsp;I did not change anything and it just started working. Are you guys set for targeted release?
