EXCEL DO NOT SHOW GRAPH MAP CHART
It looks like you are on First Release for Deferred Channel. Just in case, you may check here https://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/office/mt465751.aspx which features on each channel are introduced
Erik, do you see Maps in Options, Customize the Ribbon?
I do see Maps in options.
But when I look in All Charts there are no Maps.
By default Maps are not in More Charts, they are on upper level in Insert menu. If you don't see them just add in Customize Ribbon into the place you prefer.

I don't even have the map option....
and I have above version... Do you have any idea why it doesn't work?

Unfortunately i see no pictures within your post, better to attach them
The map chart shows on my excel ribbon. however when I select the data and click insert and choose maps it does not give me any maps rather it shows bar charts and pie charts. Kindly advise I need the maps for a work presentation.

hello could you help with a step by step way of doing this. Moreover, if i open an excel file from a friend who use map charts it says im not able to view this with my version of excel. I have attached the error message. Kindly advise.
