Excel Displaying Drawings Wrong

I have made a workbook on one computer (it might be Office 2019) and uploaded the document item to Google Drive.  Later, I use a different computer, with office 2021 to download the file from google drive.  When I open the downloaded files, they do not appear correctly on the screen.  If I click on a dead space, or on a different element on the screen, the items appear correct.  But then I click someplace else and they change to something completely different.    Please help me fix this problem.  it is very frustrating.  I used the same 2 computers in the past and have not had this problem before.  Here is an example of what is happening:
