Excel display flashing black on and off
excel display has started flashing to black on and off when scrolling or moving from one cell to another.
I'm not sure but think I've seen something like this before.

Look for ad as a heading in the extension
Deactivate hardware graphics acceleration (remove the checkmark)
Close with OK.
Restart your PC.
That should fix the problem.
