Excel date unredable
Hi, I received the data in the text/excel format and date columns are not readable as a date. I tried to use "Trim function, convert text to columns, change format, but noting works. Excel treats it a label. I tried to export the file to Access, but all dates columns show blank. A am attaching the same with the dates . Please advise. Thank you

It seems that there are odd characters in these dates!
So, you have to use the https://support.office.com/en-us/article/clean-function-26f3d7c5-475f-4a9c-90e5-4b8ba987ba41 to clean them up.
