Excel data exported from one sheet to another but auto populates the master

Hi all 

I have a master list of data which is exported to Excel and shared in a TEAMS channel.  

Column E is for someone to assign their name to the entry and then review the record associated and make edits to the rest of the columns as applicable.

But rather than them using the master 'sheet' to filter etc..., could the master list create a tab reflecting each persons name and they use that to edit the data BUT anything they edit automatically feeds back into sheet 1 (master list).

Is that possible?  does that make sense?
