Excel Data Connections

Hi,

I am trying to connect data from one excel workbook to another excel workbook that gets extracted weekly but I am having trouble. There is a report I extract from the web weekly and save it as a .xls to a Folder as Report Name and Date Extracted (ex. Report 061522). I know how to link one singular report to my current excel workbook but I would like to create a connection where it automatically reads the latest report. Can someone provide some inside if this is possible and if so how it could be done?

P.S. every time I extract the online data it is saved as a new workbook instead of overwriting the previous weeks data.
