Excel connecting 2 or more files for synch and usage.

Whenever I Link one excel cell to another one (both in my Onedrive) the formula shows all the path of the files and is hard to work with.

 

for example:

=+?https//d.docs.live.net/...../[file destination]/[file name.xlsx]Sheet1'!$A$1+' the same but the other file.

 

Is there a way for the formula bar to not show the whole origin?

    I've found that long and complicated reference to show only when that other file is closed. The long (nearly unintelligible) is just Excel/Microsoft/OneDrive ensuring that the connection is still there.

     

    If both the remote and the current are open, then the reference is easy to follow and use.
