Excel Column letters flip from A-Z to Z-A

The craziness started last Thursday after downloading a file from a payment software. I had MS Office 2016 at that time and now I uninstalled it and installed a newer version which is MS office 2021...

    To change the direction, please go to Excel Options --> Advanced --> Under Display Section --> Default direction --> Make sure that option Left-to-right is checked.
