Excel Colum width and Row Hight

After using my Excel spreadsheet in Samsung S8 Ultra tablet when I open same spreadsheet in my All-in-One HP PC it has changed all the column width or reduce the column width and I cannot see what is written in the column. How do I keep the column width same in both machines.  I have tried everything, but it is not working. Does anyone have the solution. I have Office 365 and I am using One Drive. My Excel file is on One Drive.  Thank you.
