Excel Closes for User When Opened - Active Data Connection
I have an Excel Workbook with an ODBC connection to DB2 using Power Query. When I send the file to one of my users via Outlook, the file opens for him but then Excel closes right after he opens it. I do not have the option checked to automatically refresh the data upon opening. What is wrong? Is it some sort of Trust Center settings?

- Does this also happen if he saves the attachment to disk and then opens it from the disk?
We reinstalled Excel and it worked for him now. thanks for the reply.
