Excel chart Problem (like bar chart football)

Can somebody tell me how i can create this Diagramm?   Only one Bar Chart   Please see attached file

    Hi,

     

    I have attached a file demonstrating various widgets that may help. The Thermometer widget looks the best bet, not exactly what your looking for but might be adaptable.
