Excel chart formatting

With regards to (1), I wish they'd be a little more consistent. Most of the time when you want to format something, you right-click it. Here you must double-click it.
Again, I'm new to this forum. My question has been fully answered. Is there some way of marking this question as resolved, and the issue closed?
Mike_Agranoff , here is no "Resolved" option, "Best response" is used instead. That's not exactly the same, but more or less close.
