Excel Cell Formatting Numbers
I have obviously done something that i should not have!! when i type in the figure 2900000 into a cell and enter the figure changes to 29000. how do i change the format to show the correct figure?

Iain_Cochrane, you may have turned the auto insert for decimal points by mistake. Goto
File>Options>Advanced and Uncheck the "Automatically insert a decimal point" option.
