Excel and formulas?? Which one??
I have several columns of data.
I not sure if VLOOKUP is the right formula.... but i want to find a student ID number in first column, then a subject in a row(student has several subjects, all subject are in 4th column) then i want to transfer the text that is next to the subject in the 5th column to another sheet.
eg
10010 GEO YES
10010 BUS YES
10010 MAT YES
10020 ENG NO
10020 PEA YES
10020 HIS NO
Is this possible???
