Excel acting wierdly- white shades

Question

&nbsp;1. During selections excel cells fades out to be white2. Tried running is safe mode -still problem persist&nbsp;3. Tried removing addin - still no help4. PC restart also not helping

AnalystHOK&nbsp;same issue when I logged on this morning.&nbsp; All sheets that I opened have this issue.
