Excel 365 Sheet Views are not working

PFonseca I have this issue often. Its always a shared file and sheet view works for months until it suddenly doesn't. In my case, I found that merged cells are to blame for this. Someone merged 2 cells in a column and suddenly Excel has no idea how to function.
If you're using Excel on web, you might still get an error even after you have unmerged the cells but when the page reloads it shows you the sheet view you wanted. But I'd open the file in the desktop app instead as it doesn't seem to do this.
