Excel 365 Clickable Button area shifts from the original location of the placed button

My test button appears only to be clickable on its ghost area, which has been shifted left upper area due to some reason i gcant find. Does anyone know how to prevent this shifted ghost clickable area in Excel 365 ?  Current properties are displayed in accompanied photo. files.
