Excel 365 behavior is nonresponsive.

Is anyone taking note of this? I've been working with my accounting workbook for years and today it starts with this "laggy" response. Please let me know if you have experience with this.

If you're experiencing laggy or non-responsive behavior in Excel 365, there are a few things you can try to troubleshoot the issue:

Close and reopen Excel: Sometimes, closing and reopening Excel can resolve any temporary issues that may be causing the program to be unresponsive.

Check for updates: Make sure that you have the latest version of Excel 365 installed. To check for updates, go to File > Account > Update Options > Update Now.

Disable add-ins: If you have any add-ins installed, try disabling them and see if that improves performance. To do this, go to File > Options > Add-ins, select "Excel Add-ins" from the "Manage" dropdown, and click "Go". Uncheck any add-ins that you don't need and click "OK".

Repair Office: If the above steps don't work, you can try repairing Office. To do this, go to Control Panel > Programs > Programs and Features, select "Microsoft 365", click "Change", and then select "Quick Repair" or "Online Repair".

Disable hardware acceleration: If you have graphics issues or a slow graphics card, you can try disabling hardware acceleration in Excel. To do this, go to File > Options > Advanced, and then under the "Display" section, check the box next to "Disable hardware graphics acceleration".

If none of these steps work, you may need to contact Microsoft support for further assistance.
