Excel 2021 Double sided printing
I have a phone card in Excel that I need to print double sided so that it fits into a 3.75" x 2.25" plastic sleeve. I've got the print area set with the title row to print at the top after the break. What I can't figure out is how to not have to manually feed in the paper so that the second phone card is on the back of the first phone card layout. If I print double-sided now and flip on short edge with Portrait orientation, the second part of my phone card doesn't print on the back of the first side.
Is there a way to do this? Thanks in advance

Is possible to print your phone card double-sided in Excel so that the second part of the card prints on the back of the first side.
Here's how you can achieve this:
- Go to the "Page Layout" tab in Excel.
- Click on the small arrow in the bottom right corner of the "Page Setup" section to open the "Page Setup" dialog box.
- In the "Page Setup" dialog box, go to the "Sheet" tab.
- Under the "Print" section, select the "Black & White" option.
- Under the "Page" section, set the "Print Quality" to the desired option.
- Under the "Page Order" section, select the "Over, then down" option.
- Click "OK" to close the "Page Setup" dialog box.
Now that you have set up the page order to "Over, then down," Excel will print the first phone card on one side of the paper and then print the second phone card on the back of the first card. This way, you don't need to manually feed the paper to print the second card on the back.
When you print, make sure you select the correct printer settings for double-sided printing. Look for options like "Print on both sides," "Duplex printing," or "Two-sided printing" in your printer settings. Additionally, ensure that the paper size is set to 3.75" x 2.25" to match the size of the plastic sleeve.
Please note that the availability of these options may vary depending on your printer and its capabilities. If you are unable to find the double-sided printing options in your printer settings, you may need to consult your printer's user manual or contact the printer manufacturer for assistance.
I hope this helps!
