Excel 2016

I open the File_1 by clicking twice from the Descktop. I reduce it to icon.
I open the File_2 by clicking twice. It opens the File_2 and opens the window of the File_1 that
should remain icon.

    Hi, It happens to me also with Word. Try to imagine if you work with different files with both applications....

    This is really an annoying behavior!

    It also appears to exist in other Office applications, such as Word!

    By the way, there is an idea https://word.uservoice.com/forums/304924-word-for-windows-desktop-application/suggestions/12259911-stop-automatically-maximizing-all-minimized-docume asking for this, you can vote for it as I did.
