Excel 2016 Get data from PDF missing
Hi all, I'm using Excel 2016 on Windows 10, and I find that I don't have the option to get external data from PDF. Any idea what could be the issue here?

Is this feature Windows version dependent? I use the same office subscription on 2 PC's, the W10 PC has this feature available, the W7 PC does not

Feb 24, 2021avcs458 Import from PDF data connector in Excel is not Window dependent. It does require .NET framework 4.5 or higher to be installed however. You can download it here: Download .NET Framework | Free official downloads (microsoft.com).

I have the same problem. I have installed NET FrameWork 4.8 but nothing. My subscription are a Enterprise semi annual. I solve it with this solution:

Hi there! What's your version number in the Semi-Annual channel please? I suggest you to try again by updating to the latest version on the Semi-Annual channel. Please let me know if you still can't see the PDF connector for some reason.- JorgeJCIApr 02, 2021Copper Contributor

IMHO, easier and more reliable to change the channel from Admin center or by Office Deployment Tool.
