EXCEL 2016 DOES NOT LET ME WRITE NOTHING AND AUTOMATICALLY CLOSES

ESTIMATED COMMUNITY: I NEED YOUR HELP, IN MY COMPUTER INSTALLED ITS EXCEL TIME 2016, THE RTM VERSION IS SAYING THE STABLE VERSION, HOWEVER AS SOON AS THE APPLICATION IS OPENED, I CREATE A NEW BOOK, AFTER I START TO WRITE AND IT CLOSES AUTOMATICALLY EXCEL, MY PC HAS BEEN PASSED BY VARIOUS BUILDS OF WINDOWS 10, CONSTANTLY UPDATED AND PASSED BY SEVERAL CORRECTIONS AUGUST, SEPTEMBER AND OCTOBER YOU KNOW THAT I MEAN, ACCUMULATIVE UPDATES, WHICH IS COMMON FOR ANY PC WITH WINDOWS 10. EXCEL ALSO UPGRADES. DETECTED THE PROBLEM. I UNINSTALL ALL ROUND OFFICE PACKAGE AND EVEN DOWNLOAD OFFICE 2016 POST UPDATE, VERSION: 16.0.8431.2107. BUT THE PROBLEM PERSISTS I WANT TO CLEAR THAT ABSOLUTELY ALL THE OTHER OFFICE APPLICATIONS TO KNOW WORD POWERPOINT ETCETER WORK TO THE PERFECTION INCLUDING ADOBE COMPLEMENTS AND OTHER DIFFERENTS, IN EXCEL DISABLED ALL THE COMPLEMENTS THE SOFTWARE IS COMPLETELY CHARGED, THE RECORDS IN THE CACHE ARE CLEAN BUT THE PROBLEM PERSISTS I CAN USE ALL THE OTHER APPLICATIONS OF THE SUITE EXCEPT MICROSOFT EXCEL. I HOPE THAT AS A COMMUNITY CAN HELP ME IN THIS CASE SO DIFFICULT, I HAVE TRIED TO SOLVE IT THROUGHOUT THREE MONTHS BUT I HAVE NOT GOT IT.
