Excel 2016 - Can't turn off table autoexpand feature

I went to the same place as you File->Options->Proofing->Autocorrect->Autoformat > and unchecked "Include new rows and columns in table"
It then stops adding automatically for me.

Can someone please look at this file and see if they can reproduce the problem I'm having?

Can someone on the latest version of Excel 2016 test this to confirm??
