Excel - Wrong Interface

This is caused by an update rolled out earlier this week. I think it was done to bring Excel more in line with the Windows 11 interface, and I suspect that the other Office applications will follow suit sooner or later.

In that case, do you know how can I revert this update?
I was not able to find any record in Windows Update.You'd have to roll back Office to a previous update, then block Office updates, but I wouldn't recommend it.
It's better to get used to the changes.
