Excel - time spent calculation

I'm looking to track time I spend on various tasks. In Excel, I'm using Ctrl/Shift/; to quickly insert my start and stop time. I can't figure out how to calculate in hours and minutes, how much time is spent on a task, using my start and stop times. Suggestions?
