Excel - Remove sign in for publishedlinksservice.asmx?

Hi guys,
I am getting a sign in box asking for the account to open publishedlinksservice.asmx.

I read these articles:
1) Published Links Web Service (SharePoint 2007)
and
2) WebSvcPublishedLinksService namespace (SharePoint 2013)

They do not explain what exactly on my computer this window calls.
On the Internet came the decision to edit the registry. It's like amputation instead of taking the pill :-)

What on a computer starts publishedlinksservice.asmx?
What checkbox and where should I remove for its liquidation?
