EXCEL - HELP WITH LINKING WORKSHEETS AND CREATING FORMULAS

Hi,&nbsp;I am trying to pull information from Tab A into Tab B, and then making a few calculations and a variance flag.&nbsp; &nbsp;Looking for guidance on how to accomplish this.&nbsp; &nbsp;I dont see where I can upload a sample file, so here are some pictures.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Thank you!This one is called countsFile to pull the tag info is called TagsSample data from tags is below:&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;

I think I figured out the formulas and used conditional formatting. I am still stuck with trying to figure out how to get the data from my tags tab onto my count sheet tab. Thank you.
