■質問:Excelで日本語の濁音を含む使用した並び替え順について、教えていただきたいです。

■実現したいこと
・清音（例：か）
　↓
・濁音（例：が）
このような順で並び替えを実現したい。

I want to realize sorting in this order.

Excel2007～2010に関する一般サイトの記事では、Excelの仕様とありました。
「五十音順による並べ替えの規則では、基本的に清音、濁音、半濁音の区別をしていない。」

Microsoft公式サイト内で並び替え、または濁音に関するQAが見つからないため、今現在も改善できないのか、または設定などで対応できるのか、ご教授お願いいたします。
