    Hi yueyuanzhilong,

if I traslated your question good, here is my answer.

these are possible reasons why you might be experiencing a delay in data display when using the auto-fill option in Excel 2016 (even though you have a high-performance computer).

    • Automatic calculations are turned on. Excel automatically calculates formulas and functions as you enter data into the spreadsheet. If you have a lot of formulas or functions in your spreadsheet, this can cause a delay when you use auto-fill, as Excel needs to recalculate all of the affected formulas. To try to improve performance, you can turn off automatic calculations by going to the Formulas tab and clicking Calculation Options > Manual.

    • You have conditional formatting applied to your spreadsheet. Conditional formatting can also cause a delay when using auto-fill, as Excel needs to check each cell to see if it meets the conditions for the conditional formatting. To try to improve performance, you can remove conditional formatting from your spreadsheet, or you can simplify the conditional formatting rules.

    • You have a lot of data in your spreadsheet. If your spreadsheet has a lot of data, this can also cause a delay when using auto-fill, as Excel needs to process all of the data. To try to improve performance, you can break your spreadsheet into multiple worksheets, or you can delete any unnecessary data.
    • There is a problem with your Excel installation. In some cases, a delay in data display when using auto-fill can be caused by a problem with your Excel installation. To try to fix this, you can try updating, repairing or uninstalling and reinstalling Excel.

Here are some additional tips for improving performance when using auto-fill in Excel:

    • Use the keyboard shortcuts for auto-fill. The keyboard shortcuts for auto-fill are faster than using the mouse to drag the fill handle. To auto-fill a series, press Ctrl+D. To auto-fill a single cell, press Enter.
    • Turn off screen updating. You can turn off screen updating to improve performance when auto-filling a large range of cells. To do this, go to the File tab and click Options > Advanced. Under Display, scroll down to the Show section and clear the checkbox next to Enable Live Preview.
    • Use the Fill Series dialog box. The Fill Series dialog box provides more options for auto-filling a series. To open the Fill Series dialog box, select the cell where you want to start the series and then press Ctrl+E.
