Exce Solver - Either not computing or Giving incomplete Answers

Dear Community,

I really need your assistance.

MY excel solver does not give me solutions even though the =sumproduct formulas and symbols after arrays are done properly.

I either get incomplete answers or I do not get an answer at all even though excel solver tells me solver found a solution. All constraints and optimality are satisfied..Pls help
