When you have a list made how do I make each one a separate box?
If I understand your question correctly you might want to split text with list of items separated by some delimiter into columns or rows. If you want this to be done with formula you can use TEXTSPLIT function if you have Office 365 (documented here https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/office/textsplit-function-b1ca414e-4c21-4ca0-b1b7-bdecace8a6e7).
