Exact Row height

A very short question:

I would like to print labels directly from Spreadsheet. The labels dimension is 25,4 mm X 10 mm (Avery L7871)

So, I need to define cell height and width accordingly.

Is it possible to set the row height exactly to 10 mm (not 9.79 or 10,32). 

Othervise the tenth row of labels is already displaced for 1 mm ...

Please help with the solution.
