When you encounter the error message "This content is blocked. Contact the site owner to fix the issue." while trying to print a worksheet stored on OneDrive, it usually indicates an issue with permissions or content settings. Here are some steps you can follow to resolve this problem:

    1 Check OneDrive Permissions

Ensure that you have the necessary permissions to access and print the file. If the file is shared with you, make sure you have edit permissions. You can check this by:

    • Right-clicking the file in OneDrive.
    • Selecting "Details" or "Manage access."
    • Verifying that your account has the appropriate permissions.

    2. Sync the File Locally

Try syncing the file to your local computer and then printing it from there. You can use the OneDrive desktop app to sync the file.

    • Open the OneDrive app on your computer.
    • Navigate to the file you want to print and ensure it is fully downloaded to your local machine.
    • Open the file in Excel and try printing it again.

    3. Open and Print in Desktop Excel

Instead of using Excel Online, open the file in the desktop version of Excel, which may have fewer restrictions.

    • In OneDrive, right-click the file and select "Open in Excel" (or "Open in app").
    • Print the file from the desktop version of Excel.

    4. Clear Browser Cache

If you are using Excel Online, try clearing your browser cache, which can sometimes resolve issues with blocked content.

    • Open your browser's settings.
    • Find the option to clear browsing data.
    • Ensure you clear the cache and cookies.
    • Restart your browser and try printing again.

    5. Use a Different Browser

Sometimes, browser-specific issues can cause such errors. Try using a different browser to see if the issue persists.

    • If you are using Chrome, try Firefox, Edge, or Safari.

    6. Check Browser Extensions

Browser extensions, especially those related to privacy and security, can sometimes block content.

    • Disable any ad blockers, privacy extensions, or security extensions temporarily.
    • Try printing the file again.

    Summary

To resolve the issue of blocked content when trying to print a worksheet from OneDrive, you can check and adjust permissions, sync the file locally, use the desktop version of Excel, clear your browser cache, try a different browser, check for browser extensions, or contact support for further help.
