Error message help: [expression.error] we couldn't convert to logical

I am try to load a dataset from excel power query that I created combining several excel csv files together and I am getting the "[expression.error] we couldn't convert to logical error message" and I cant seem to find anything online. I tried converting all the logical data types to text to see if that would work but it did not. I have also tried removing errors and that does not work either. any guidance on solving this error would be appreciated!
