Error "activex component can't create object"
Hello everyone,
At the moment I have an excel file that was shared with me by a person from the company to schedule meetings.
He works with everyone but me.
Every time I run it gives me the error "activex component can't create object".
I've reinstalled the office and it's still the same.
Can you help me understand why this mistake is made?
Windows 10
Office version: Office 365 ProPlus

- Do you by any chance happen to have 64 bit Office?
I'm afraid your colleague has used something that is unavailable in 64 bit Office. For instance a treeview control or a date and time picker. FOr both of these there are alternatives which work on both 32 and 64 bit Office, see https://jkp-ads.com/articles/treeview.asp.
