Error - Some records have been removed

I'm currently trying to migrate my Finance Team to SharePoint and i'm facing lots of errors, I wondered if anyone has received the error when opening file that was fixed using linkfixer and then migrated to SharePoint Office 365?:

'some records have been removed' when you select ok it takes ages and then pops up a box with reference to cells that don't exsit and i'm not sure it did actually removed anything?

any help would be much appreciated.
