Entering value with respective dates

Dear community,

I would like to post a question on "Entering a value with respective dates". Please help me how to achieve my goal.

Question: I have added calender in a column C and added value in column D and my goal is to get the data if i change the date to 28-01-2022, the value should change automatically which is saved on that particular date in the same cell. Is it possible? if yes...how?
