enter is not working for just transpose
i want to use transpose function first i appiont same size also for place that i want
and i use enter with ctrl, shift but it is not working key is not broken if i push only enter it work,
problem is only for transpose function
i'm not good at english but i want to know why please help me

In addition, Ctrl+Shift+Enter on Excel with dynamic arrays returns only first element of the spill

If you are using Excel 365 you no longer have to user Ctrl Shift as Excel now has Dynamic Array functionality.
