"Enable Iterative Calculation" greyed out

I am trying to check the "Enable Iterative Calculation" box but it is greyed out. How do I activate it? I am also trying to select "Automatic Excerpt for Data Tables" under "Workbook Calculation" b...

Hi there. So I noticed if I have an open worksheet I am able to change it. But, is there a way to change it as a default at all times? https://imgur.com/ZWTyrgm

Generally, calculation options are workbook specific but also note that if there are two files with different calculation options (one with Automatic & other with Manual), the file that is opened secondly will follow the calculation setting of the firstly opened file.
