  • Insert as an Icon:

Convert the PDF to an Image: Use a PDF-to-image converter or take a screenshot of the PDF content you want to embed.
Insert the Image: Go to Insert > Pictures and select the image file. This will allow you to visually represent the PDF content in your Excel file, but it won't be interactive.
    b. Use the Link Feature:

Upload the PDF to Cloud Storage: Upload the PDF to a service like OneDrive, Google Drive, or Dropbox.
    Insert a Hyperlink:
Select a cell or object in Excel.
Go to Insert > Link (or Hyperlink).
Paste the URL of the PDF file and click Apply or OK. This will create a clickable link to the PDF.
    c. Insert PDF as an Object in Windows Version:

If you have access to a Windows PC, you can insert the PDF as an object using Insert > Object > Create from File and then transfer the file back to your Mac.
