Embedding objects into excel

Hi, I have multiple emails and documents embedded into an excel spreadsheet for work. When I filter the spreadsheet to another category the objects do not move with the cell - how do I get the objects to stick within the cell I placed them in?

    Objects are not "in" a cell, but you can get them to move with the cell if you make sure the entire object fits within one cell. So either make the object small enough, or the cell big enough. Also, the object must be set to Move with cells (Right-click, choose properties)
