Embed Excel Online without Allowing Downloads

I would like to embed an Excel spreadsheet without allowing users to simply open the spreadsheet up to full screen and download the worksheet. I'm trying to share tools on a website without giving away all of the content. I'm using onedrive as my source for the Excel spreadsheets.
