Edit multiple fields in pivot table

Hello everyone.

I am trying to edit multiple fields in a pivot table, its not possible i keep getting lots of errors. Is there any way I can explore all the data of the pivot table as a table? or any other non-pivot table way so I can edit some items

Additonally, what I want to do is to add many leading zeroes "0" to numbers, which are actually ID numbers that I can use as text. Is there any way to add "0" to a column?

You can edit single field in PivotTable by time

To your second question, You can add leading zeros in PivotTable

Once you create your report, right-click on the Sum of Total and select Format Cells

Select Custom and type in the needed number of zeros as see in the caption below

  The special field works but if i change all the values to "text" format, the leading zeroes reset
