EDATE a cell until end of that month

Hello All, 

I am trying to create a master list for my company's calibrated tooling. 

Is it possible to use a formula or EDATE in a cell for 12 months but until the end of the month and not the date in the reference cell? 

For example: 01/09/2025 until 01/31/2026 instead of until 01/09/2026
